Title: Cross-Regional Practice of Smart Research and New Courses Designing for New Students from the Perspective of Educational Equity:Shenzhen-Liangshan Experience -Indigenous Knowledge, Sustainable Development and Discipline Construction

Abstract (English)
This article takes the cross-regional educational collaboration between Shenzhen and Daliangshan as a case study, and through field research, explores how joint design of study tours can promote educational equity and ethnic unity in the era of artificial intelligence. It also reveals the symbolic mechanisms of meaning transformation and the practical paths of new knowledge production during the collaboration process. The research focuses on the multiple mutual visits and curriculum co-construction practices led by Dr. Wu Ga in 2024-2025 between Xinchua Research and Learning and the Liangshan region: the Greater Bay Area empowers the Yi region through smart campus experiences and AI intangible cultural heritage protection technologies, while the Yi region reciprocates by sharing local knowledge such as the South Silk Road archaeology and Yi astronomy and mathematics to the Bay Area's research and learning system. The research finds that the bidirectionality of meaning transformation and the bidirectional curriculum design (such as the "AI + Beidou Mother Port" project) not only bridge the technological gap but also deepen ethnic understanding through cultural translation. However, it also faces challenges such as cultural sovereignty and resource distribution. The symbiotic logic of knowledge production, through solutions such as developing bilingual tools and establishing data ethics agreements, the research confirms that cross-regional collaboration can balance the instrumental nature of technology and cultural subjectivity. Ultimately, based on Wu Jinhua's "One Step in a Thousand Years" philosophy, the paper proposes the "Educational Study Tour Bridge" model, providing a practical paradigm for fair education in the global AI era, and calls for the construction of an international education collaboration network centered on ethnic unity.
